THE WHAT
We started working with TLP in June 2021. Our main challenge was to attract people to visit a place not many have heard before. We created a detailed strategy on how we can do that. We had to sell the located as well with the perks of the resort. Once we had the organic strategy designed we briefed our very talented graphic designer to go ahead and create contents.
We then, worked on the paid ad strategy. We started running messenger ads and started having conversation with people. We shared the full itenaries along with the pictures. We close the deals in the chat itself after the visitor deposits a advance booking amount.
This was our sales process.
THE RESULTS
We managed to increase the occupancy rate by 35% in the first month itself. At one time we had to stop all the ads and cancel a lot of rooms as we were full all the time. We also build a community over on Instagram with captivating contents posted every other day.
